so all in all the timing could be better, but i expect that most of this is due to my uncertainty of the route, as i had to stop multiple times to check the map, and also i stopped at every red light, when i could have stepped off the saddle and walked as a pedestrian. i did observer that many of the other cyclists did NOT do this and flaunted the law by going through red lights.
The journy was longer, the saddle is rock hard and hurt my a$$, and i failed to think of a new shirt as the one i wore was soaked!!!!
failing this i need to discover a more direct route, and bring a change of shirt. watch this space as i update after this evenings route.

Right
the evening session is not much better, 40 mins..... bloody london streets and road works.... i have to get a route sorted otherwise it is not going to go down to 30mins... This evening i managed to go half way round London.

found a decent, straight route now, which basically goes through St. Pauls then Holborn & Oxford Street, Done it in 30 mins on the way in this morning... woohooo
i can now concentrate on this time and knock off another 5 mins with ruthless cycling, or a faster bike!
